How To Install a Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller On a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500

I tried to plug it into the trailor 6-way in the instrument panel fuse box but it wont fit, could they have sold me the wrong part for my 2005 suburban 1500

The correct brake controller adapter for your 2005 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 if you have the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller part # 39510 is the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3015-P. I am not quite sure which brake controller adapter that you were sold but I can confirm the above is correct for you.

If you take a look at the attached review video then you will see the location that the brake controller adapter installs in.
