Can Firestone Ride-Rite Air Springs be Installed on a 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD with 3 Inch Lift
Question:
I have a 2500hd with a 3inch lift block under my leaf springs. Do I need a lift spacer when using f2250 and what size would I need? Thanks

Expert Reply:
You can use the Firestone Ride-Rite system, # F2250 on your 2004 GMC Sierra with the 3 inch lift. You will need to use Lift Spacers, # F2368. The spacer height must be the same as the lift height and these are 3 inch spacers. Since the Firestone system fits on the axles, see instructions link, this is the correct kit for systems that fit on axles.
I have included a link to the installation details for the spacers as well. And, I have included a link showing typical installation of the Firestone Ride-Rite system for you to view.
