Bike Rack Solution for 2010 Lexus GX 460 that Allows Rear Cargo Door to Swing Over

Question:

Im looking for a low clearance hitch mount bike rack 2 bikes with a max 8inch clearance from the top of my hitch or top of the racks hitch arm to work with my Lexus GX 460 swinging barn door. Id like to be able to open the door with no bikes on the rack either in the flat or tilted position. Do you carry anything that would have this clearance?

I have a solution for you, but our platform racks aren't going to sit low enough to allow the rear door of your 2010 Lexus GX 460 to swing over. The lower clearance racks we carry are right at 9 inches so best solution is to use pivoting adapter like the Yakima BackSwing part # Y02482 with a platform bike rack like the RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Platform Rack # RKY10004 that you referenced to allow you access to the back of the vehicle. This solution also allows you to have complete access with the bikes loaded as well.
