Removing Corroded 7-Way Connector on a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 and Replacing With a 4-Way Connector
Question:
1995 Dodge Ram 1500 with 7 pole rv connector that has been corroded badly. Can this be removed and replaced with 4 flat connector? Will the t-one harness work in this situation? If not,do you know where could I find a wiring diagram for this truck? I will not be towing an RV with this truck and do not need the 7 pole. Thank you!

You can use the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118329, to get a 4-Way on the back of your 1995 Dodge Ram. This wiring harness will plug into the back of your tail lights underneath the truck bed along each frame rail. The connection points will be located close to the bumper. You can leave your existing 7-Way on your vehicle.
I am including links to the installation instructions on the # 118329 wiring harness and a video of the wiring harness being installed on a 1999 Dodge Ram.
