Recommended Aluminum Hitch-Mounted Cargo Carrier for Honda CR-V

Good day sir/maam, Im looking for a recommended aluminum hitch-mounted cargo carrier for my 2011 Honda CR-V with a 2 inch hitch. Also what hitch lock would you recommend? Thanks in advance!

For an aluminum hitch-mounted cargo carrier I highly recommend the Curt # C18100. This durable carrier features pre-drilled holes along the side walls that can be used as tie-down points and a nice mesh floor that's easy to keep clean. Its inside dimensions are 60 inches long, 19-1/8 inches wide, and 2-3/4 inches deep and it can be folded up against the rear of your CR-V when not in use.

I then recommend adding the Let's Go Aero Anti-Rattle Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 to secure it to your vehicle. This particular assembly not only provides a 90 degree barrel-style lock to help deter theft but also features an anti-rattle block and spring that will dramatically reduce any movement inside the hitch receiver during travel.
