Will this wheel fit a 2004 Kendon trailer or does it need a wheel spacer?

The Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Galvanized Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM31952 has zero offset which means that the wheel mounting surface that contacts the hub is dead-center on the tread surface. Since this tire is 178mm wide 7-inches) you can measure from the hub face half this distance (3.5-inches) toward the trailer to see where the inner sidewall will be when the tire is installed. This will tell you if you need a spacer to have the recommended 1-inch of clearance between the tire inner sidewall and the structures on the trailer.
