You can absolutely install a trailer hitch onto the back of a travel trailer. We actually have a nice selection of trailer hitches that are designed for this very purpose.

I do just recommend contacting the trailer manufacturer to make sure the frame is capable of supporting the kind of weight you are looking at with your motorcycle.

For the hitch I highly recommend the Curt # C13704 that features adjustable brackets so that it can fit frame widths of 22 to 66 inches. It will work on box frames, C-channel frames, and I-beam frames and it has a tongue weight capacity of 500 pounds. You can either bolt the hitch on using the included hardware or weld it to the frame for a no-drill application.

I have attached a short video review and the written installation instructions that you can check out as well.
