What are these rails rated to tow? Can they support a 20k or 25k gooseneck hitch?

Fifth wheel rails like the Curt rail kit part # C16427-204 you referenced basically are rated as highly as the fifth wheel hitch that's installed in them. So if you used a 25k Curt A25 # C16180 you'd have an overall capacity of 25,000 lbs or if you went with an A20 part # C16140 you'd have a 20k capacity.
