To add suspension enhancement to your 2017 Dodge Durango you need the Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs # AL60824. This will definitely help to alleviate rear sag for your towing setup. This kit is rated for up to 1,000 lbs (it will not increase the weight rating of your Durango), is made in the USA, and comes with a lifetime warranty. I have attached an installation video of this kit on a 2015 Durango that you can reference.
I did take a look at the picture that you sent in, and it looks like your weight distribution (WD) system is working overtime. With a properly rated WD system your tow vehicle should actually be within about an inch of your ride height when you aren't towing. Check to make sure that the loaded TW of your trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your Durango is about in the middle of the TW range for your WD system to ensure that you have one that is properly rated for your towing application. If you aren't sure what the TW of your trailer is, you can use the scale # e99044.
If your WD system isn't rated properly just let me know and I can help you out with that. Some systems can be upgraded by simply replacing the bars while others you have to get a new head unit as well.
