Rhino Rack Vortex Whistle Roof Rack Solution
Question:
Just installed my Rhino rack Vortex crossbars. Now a terrible whistle at speeds above 50 mph. I thought these vortex bars were supposed to eliminate that? Extremely disappointed!

The loud whistle you described normally means that the lower crossbar channel cover isn't in use. If you lost yours we have the part # RRM626 for a replacement that can be cut down to the correct length. If you have the strip still install it to cover up as much of the lower channel as possible and the whistle will go away.
