I would like to transport 2 SUP on my 2015 Jeep Renegade Limited Edition Model. Which is the best most economical option. Please advise.

For transporting two SUPs the Thule SUP Shuttle Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier with Tie-Downs # TH811XT is a really great option that that can carry two SUPs and also doesn't break the bank.
Your 2015 Jeep Renegade Limited Edition would have raised side rails on the roof so for a roof rack to fit this setup you would want the Malone AirFlow2 kit part # MPG216 which is a confirmed fit and is very quiet due to the aero shape of the bars.
