12 inch Hitch Extender for 2 inch Hitch that Can be Used for Towing

Why does it say dont pull a canper with it if the weight falls too what i need it too

For a similar 14 inch hitch extender that can be used to tow a trailer we have the Curt part # C45795 which would work well. It has a capacity of 3,500 lb trailer weight but you need to keep in mind it cuts the capacity of the hitch it's installed in by 50 percent.
Blue Ox's extender was made to be used with flat towing setups so that's why it's not rated for trailer use.
