The torque specs for the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e78KR which is a fit for your 2010 Honda Element are listed in the attached installation instructions. By stating them in this manner, they are always correct when you see them. For a torque wrench that will reach these figures, you can use the Powerbuilt Dual Drive Torque Wrench part # ALL944001.
Please note if you will be using the trailer hitch to tow a trailer then you will also need a trailer wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118465 and a ball mount/hitch ball, the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900. I have attached install videos for you as well.
