Can B&W Companion Hitch for Ford Rail Kits Fit Truck without Ford Rail Kit

Hello I purchased this hitch last year from you for my 2018 F350 with the factory puck system. Unfortunately I am going to be selling that truck and stepping down to a 2007 F350. Is there anyway I can continue to use the 5th wheel hitch with the 07. Maybe a under the bed rail kit? Thanks in advance

Yes, all you need is a Reese Elite underbed rail kit # RP30073 installed in the bed of your 2007 Ford F-350 and you'd be able to install the B and W Companion hitch # BWRVK3300 you have now in it. The Ford rail kits like what you have in your 2018 model were actually made by Reese so the hitches that fit the Ford rail kits also fit the Reese Elite underbed rail kits.
