Can Trailer Have Tire Sizes 215/75R/15 and 205/75R/15 Installed
Question:
I have 3, 215/75R/15 and 1, 205/75R/15 on my trailer will this be a problem?

Since the tire size 215/75R15 isn't a standard trailer tire size and therefore most likely a vehicle tire yes you'd have a problem. Aside from that you really need to have the tire sizes all match.
Best option would be all new tires in the size 205/75R15 like the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D, # TR20515D which has a speed rating of 81 mph, a weight capacity of 2,150 lbs at 65 psi.
I attached a review video for this tire for more info for you to check out as well.
