Does Swagman Original 4 Bike Rack S64400 Rub The Gear and Brake Cables On Bike

Hello I am looking to purchase this however I am concerned about the groove that holds the bike.. does it run the brake and gear cables that run in the bottom of the bike frame? Thank you

The Swagman Original part # S64400 holds the bike by the top horizontal cross tube of the bike. If your brake and gear cables run along the top tube then the rack does touch the cables but it does not rub them. The Swagman cradles feature kraton vinyl cushioning that grips frame securely and cushions it. There are also grooves built into the cradles that will allow the cables to run through them so they aren't smashed. If your cables happen to run along the top tube, they will be protected. I have attached a snip of the video that shows what the cushioned inside of the grooves that your bike frame sits in.

I recommend the anti-rattle hitch lock and cable lock part # S64030 to protect your investment.
