Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation 2012 Toyota Highlander with VIN That Indicates Tow Package

When looking at buying the wiring for the hitch Im looking to purchase I found this question to answer which one, but when I run the VIN it indicates my Toyota has the factory tow prep package. Is that what is being referred to below, or is the prep package something different than the tow package referred to for the #56042?
