Since you have a B and W Gooseneck hitch there are two options for covers, the part # BWGNXA1710 that you referenced which is correct if the ball is flipped over in the stowed position or the part # BWGNXA1715 which is the correct cover for if there isn't a ball installed in the socket at all. Based on the dimensions you mentioned this would be the correct cover.
