Can Curt Front Hitch # 31302 Fit Truck with 3 inch Body Lift

The body has been raised 3”. Was curious if it has been done with hacking up bottom valance?

The Curt front hitch part # 31302 would fit a vehicle like yours with a 3 inch body lift. Body lifts do not move the bumper relative to the frame as they basically just move the body up and everything else stays the same. Body lifts actually add a gap between the bumper and the body which means the # 31302 would install the exact same either way.
