Does a Cutout Exist for the Draw-Tite 6 and 7-Way Trailer Connector Mounting Box

i would like to use this to replace old 7 pin mount. Is there a cutout so I dont have to remove wires from vehicle?

There is a place that you can cut out the 6 and 7-Way Trailer Connector Mounting Box # 18159 to fit around the wires on the existing 7-Way for your 2015 Chevy Equinox. In the attached review video our team demonstrates this for you to check out.
