The Reese Universal Outboard Base Rails part # RP30153 do not come with the frame brackets that are needed to attach them to your bed. Instead, I recommend using the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit part # RP56006-53 which comes with the above rails and everything else that you need including the frame brackets and hardware. This kit also will not require any drilling into your truck's frame rails.
The rearmost rail will sit about 26-3/16" in from the end of the bed. However, once you install the no-drill frame brackets you can just use these to determine where the rials will sit which makes things very easy. If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch, I recommend using the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30075 for 6-1/2' long beds or part # RP30047 for 8' long bed. These hitches both have dual locking jaws for extra security and better ride quality.
