There is a trailer hitch fit for your 2019 Acura RDX, though to answer your specific question, nobody has used Trailer Hitch # E98840 on a '19 RDX as it does not fit.

For your 2019 Acura RDX the hitch that fits is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 76268, which is a Class III hitch with a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 350 lb tongue weight capacity. This hitch is a complete bolt-on installation that does not require any drilling into your RDX to install and it comes with a lifetime warranty.

To add wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. I also highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector; using it will increase your 4-way's durability and extend its lifespan.

I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop – along with a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
