Will Tekonsha Brake Controller Plug-In Harness # 3031-P Fit All Models of the 2018 Tacoma

Will this work with my 2018 Tacoma that is not 4x4?

Yes, the Plug-In Harness # 3031-P that you referenced is the correct harness and it will work perfectly on your 2018 Toyota Tacoma (that's not the 4x4) to install a Tekonsha brake controller like the Prodigy P3 # 90195. One end of the harness plugs into the brake controller itself and the other end will plug into the factory port behind the Tacoma's dash.
