If you have access to AC power the best way to keep your multiple 6V golf cart batteries charged during several months of non-use is a multi-bank charger like # 329-G4 which can charge four 6V batteries at one time.
If you do not have access to AC power then the best option is a solar charger like 2.5-watt # PTW2997 or better still the 10-watt Go Power Eco Solar Charging System # 34273836. Since these chargers are intended for 12V batteries it will be necessary to charge batteries in pairs when they are wired in series, which gives a 12V combined voltage. If your cart has four 6V batteries you can use two of the Go Power charger with each one charging two batteries.
Please refer to the linked diagram that shows how the two 6V batteries need to be connected to each other and to each solar charger.
