Can Thule Aeroblade Edge Roof Rack for 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC300 Fit Two Thule ProRide Carriers

Question:

Looking to purchase the Thule aeroblade edge roof rack for my 2018 glc300. My question is, will this kit still allow my sunroof to open? And I am looking to buy 2 Thule proride XT bike racks to haul 2 bikes. Is this possible with the aeroblade edge racks?

I checked with Thule and for the Thule Aeroblade Edge roof rack that fits your 2018 Mercedes GLC 300 they do not recommend opening or venting the sunroof at all. Not only would the roof rack interfere with that but the rack also would create enough wind noise that you'd want to keep it shut for that reason.

If you have the coupe version of your vehicle the part numbers you need for the roof rack are # TH7602B-TH7603B and # THKIT3159 whereas if you have SUV version you'd want the # TH7601B-TH7602B and # THKIT3159.

You'll easily be able to fit two of the ProRide XT racks # TH598004 on this rack as well. I attached a picture of someone who fit three of them for you to check out too.
