Demco does make a Hijacker Autoslide fifth wheel hitch that is designed to fit the factory Ford rail kit of your 2012 Ford F-350 with the part # DM8550024. This is an 18k capacity hitch, but if you needed a higher capacity we have the # DM8550038.
