2013 f 250 4x4 king ranch Will the timbren trf250sdf rear helper spring kit fit on this model truck need it for towing fifth wheel trailor

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDF that you referenced is designed to fit 2005-2010 Ford F-250 pickups so for your 2013 F-250 you want the Timbren # TFR250SDG kit instead.
This kit is essentially the same thing with the only difference being a higher weight capacity at 8,600 lbs as opposed to the 6,000 lb weight rating of the kit you referenced. Please note that suspension enhancement is designed to be a supplement to your OEM suspension and doesn't increase the weight capacity of your F-250.
