Auto Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitch and Rail Kit for 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD
Question:
I have a 2015 Chevy 2500 6.5ft bed diesel pulling a 17,000 lb trailer. I currently have B and W goose neck turn ball system in the bed of my truck with a B and W manual slider hitch which secures in to the goose neck hole. I’d like to switch to an autoslide hitch while keeping the goose neck assembly if possible ie. One that attaches via the goose neck hole in the bed of the truck. If not, will I have to completely pull out the the goose neck assembly to install an autoslider hitch and under bed support? Thanks

Since there isn't a way to connect an automatic sliding fifth wheel hitch to a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch you will have to remove your current hitch gooseneck hitch to accomplish this.
The Demco Hijacker Autoslide part # DM8550037 is the hitch I recommend as it has a 21k capacity and slides automatically as you make tight turns like you are wanting. This hitch also installs to underbed rails which will leave your truck bed a more empty when not towing. The correct rail kit for your 2015 Chevy 2500 would be the part number # DM8551010.
I attached an install video for this kit on a similar 2015 Silverado as yours for you to check out as well.
