Trailer Brake Fuse Location for a 2003 Ford F-150

You show the location for an 03 F350. Is it the same for a F150?

According to page 185 of the online version of the owner's manual for a 2003 Ford F-150 the trailer tow electric brake fuse is in position 108 of the power distribution box which is located in your engine compartment. This should be a 30A Maxi fuse. I recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual to verify this.
