How Much Drop Does the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System Offer
Question:
Your site sates max of 2-1/2. Is this correct? With the way most trucks sit high, 2-1/2inch definitely will not suffice. Hoping that is a misprint.

The shank included with the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System part # C17499 indeed only offers up to a 2-1/2" of drop when used with trunnion spring bars. If you need more than this then you would also need the Curt Weight Distribution Shank part # 17120 which offers up to 5-3/4" of drop when used with trunnion spring bars. Unfortunately, the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System cannot be ordered with a different shank which is why you need to purchase the Curt Weight Distribution Shank separately. For a hitch ball, you can use part # C40030.
