There is a trailer wiring harness that fits your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X; I assume you do not have the factory tow package on your Jeep and if that is the case the wiring harness that fits is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118727. I have added a link to a video showing how this harness installs on a 2019 Grand Cherokee for you to take a look at.
If you DO have the factory tow package on your Jeep the correct harness is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118384; keep in mind with this harness it may be necessary to see a local Jeep dealer to activate the tow package wiring circuit.
If you are also looking for a trailer hitch I strongly recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75699 because it has a concealed crosstube and is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your Jeep's frame to install. This Class III hitch with a 2" receiver has a 7,500 lb towing capacity and 500 lb tongue weight capacity and is extremely durable; so much so that it even comes with a lifetime warranty. I have added a link to a video of this hitch being installed on a '19 Grand Cherokee for you to take a look at.
I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop – along with a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise. If it does not, I have also added a link to our entire selection of ball mounts that fit a 2” hitch like the Draw-Tite # 75699 I recommended.
