Question:

Will this rack work with the Draw-Tite Max Frame Class III Item # 75673 on the 2019 Subaru Outback? Will it provide enough room to open the rear hatch? Road bikes / MTBs.

Yes, the Yakima HoldUp EVO 2 Bike Platform Rack # Y02479 you referenced will work perfectly with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75673 on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon. When we installed this hitch on the 2019 Outback there was a distance of 5 inches from the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the rear bumper. The HoldUp EVO Bike Rack features a distance of 9 inches from its hitch pin hole to the closest part of the carrier, meaning there will be plenty of clearance between the bumper and rack when it's mounted.

This platform-style carrier does have the ability to tilt down with the bikes still loaded for rear cargo access. Most likely you won't have any issue opening the hatch all the way with the rack in this position but this will depend a bit on just how large your bikes are as well. I have attached a short video demonstration so you can see just how far back the rack tilts.

Otherwise to ensure zero interference with the rear hatch your best option is to add the Yakima BackSwing # Y02483 to the carrier which will allow you to completely swing it out and to the side of the vehicle. I have attached a video so you can see exactly how this works.
