While there isn't a port under the dash of your 2019 Chevy Express Van 2500 for installing a brake controller some of the wiring is already there.
Vehicles with the 7-Way tow package have the blue output brake wire already ran from the back to the front. It is located under the dash near the emergency brake pedal or it is sometimes taped and tucked under the driver side floor mat up towards the firewall.
