At What Age Should Trailer Tires be Replaced

How long will trailer tires last if seldom used

As a general rule of thumb, trailer tires should be replaced every 6 to 8 years regardless of wear. Even though an older tire might appear to have plenty of tread left on it, dry rot and cracking can cause tire failure.
