The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # 76138 that fits your 2019 Mazda CX-5 will absolutely be sufficient to tow a 680 lbs motorcycle; it has a 4,500 lb towing capacity and 675 lb tongue weight capacity so it will very easily tow a trailer with a motorcycle on it. This would be the only way to transport a 680 lb motorcycle with this vehicle because it is too heavy to use a hitch-mounted motorcycle carrier.

To tow a trailer you will also need a trailer wiring harness if you don't have it, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118746. To install it you only need to plug in connection points in your rear cargo area and run a hot lead to your car battery like in the linked installation video.

Additionally, I also highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector; using it will increase your 4-way's durability and extend its lifespan.

I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop – along with a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
