Can Trailer Brakes be Added to Dexter Axle # T20BTR-6048
Question:
Can I add one of your weld on brake flange to this axle? And then the 7inch dexter brakes and drums for my 5 on 4 1/2 wheels and tires for this set up? Cant use the independent style because thatll raise the trailer and cant go any higher.

Yes, brake flanges could be added to the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with Standard Spindles # T20BTR-6048 with the part # 4-34. Then for hub/drums you'd need the part # AKHD-545-2-1K and for brake assemblies # AKEBRK-2R and # AKEBRK-2L. The flanges need to be professionally welded on since they have to be perfectly square.
