To determine the correct rating, you just need to look at the load capacity of the tire. For example, the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E Item # TR225LRE has a load range E which is 2,830 lbs at 80 psi. Since you have a triple axel trailer you simply need to multiply the weight capacity by 6 to get the combined weight rating and then make sure it meets or exceeds the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of your trailer. For this tire the combined weight rating is 16,980 lbs for the singles (which should be what you have).

If you don't know the GVWR of your trailer you should be able to find it stamped or on a sticker on the tongue or at the front of your trailer. Also be sure that your tire size is correct for your application. If you can let me know what your current tire size is and what the GVWR is on your trailer, then I can make a recommendation for you.

I have also attached a link to some helpful articles on trailer tires that you can check out as well.
