How To Determine Fit of the Never Fail Triple Axle Suspension Upgrade Hardware Kit

Hey Conner thanks my equalizer says Dexter 13105 my bolt Dia is 9/16 ,leaf is 1 3/4” ,bolt length from shoulder of the head to tip of threads is 2 7/8” that’s including threads , threads are 7/16-20 dia

In order to determine if the Never Fail Triple Axle Suspension Upgrade Hardware Kit part # LC281288 will work on your 2004 Thor Vortex 385 5th Wheel Trailer you will need to confirm a few things. For starters, the bushings and bolts are designed for 1-3/4" wide double eye leaf springs that use a 9/16" bolt so you must make sure this is what you have. Then, the shackle straps included with this kit are 3-1/8" long so that will need to match what you have as well. This is the most common type leaf spring/bolt/shackle strap so it should be what you have but you will need to confirm this beforehand.

The Never Fail Triple Axle Suspension Upgrade Hardware Kit part # LC281288 will work for you however, you will need to obtain different shackle straps as well because the ones included with the kit are not the correct length. For this, you can use the 2-1/4" Long Shackle Strap part # TRSL225. You will need to obtain 16 of the shackle straps.
