The Edge Insight CTS2 Comprehensive Gauge Display # EP84130 that you referenced will work on your 2015 Ram 3500 but it is a monitor only and won't work to actually tune or program anything on the truck. This will simply plug into your OBD-II port to grab engine data and parameters from the truck that you can view on the 5 inch color screen.
For an actual tuner that also includes this 5 inch display I recommend the Edge Juice with Attitude CTS2 # EP31507. This performance tuner will let you reprogram your Ram's ECM to boost your horsepower, torque, and fuel economy. On your particular truck you can expect gains of up to 80 in horsepower and up to 200 foot pounds of torque.
