The trailer you have utilizes a wishbone trailer wiring harness like the 35 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness part # A35W42B in which the running light circuit is ran to each light on a separate wire from the trailer connector. The cause of your running and turn signals not working could be caused by several different things such as poor grounds, broken wires, incorrect routing, blown fuses etc. I would first start by checking that you have the wires routed to the correct circuits. The green/brown wire should be for the right turn/stop circuit, the yellow/brown wire should be for the left stop/turn circuit, and the brown wires are for the running light circuit. If this is correct then give your grounds a good check over.
Once you have checked the above two then you can divert your attention to either tracing the wires on the trailer to check for shorts or checking your tow vehicle's fuse box.
