Are Spare Tire Bike Racks for 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Made That Allow Back-Up Camera to Work
Question:
Do they make a rear bike rack that will work with the 18 jeep wrangler that will allow the camera to work and not block view?

While you can certainly carry bikes with your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler, there are no spare tire bike racks that will work with a back-up camera, so the best thing to do is use Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch # DT78MR and a hitch-mounted bike rack. When bikes are loaded they will block the view of the rear-view camera, of course, but you can remove the bike rack or there are racks available you can leave on and simply fold the upright mast down.
For that I strongly recommend the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack # SA4412B which does have an upright mast you can fold down, and because at just 22.5 lbs it is extremely lightweight, making it simple to use, but also has a 60 lb per bike capacity for transporting heavy bikes.
The Freedom will be extremely stable due to its included anti-rattle hitch lock and the ratcheting padded cradles that grip your bikes by the frame. These cradles - along with the wheel straps that are on both wheel trays - combine to keep your bikes steady on the rack so your bikes remain in perfect condition.
This bike rack also has a lever that you only need to push to fold the rack up or tilt it down, which is a quality-of-life feature that makes it really easy to use. The Freedom even offers security for the rack and hitch via the aforementioned anti-rattle hitch lock to secure the rack to your hitch to protect your investments.
I have added links to video reviews of this rack for you to check out.
