Can Two 4-Way Connectors be Used on 2009 Ford Escape
Question:
I am mounting a Blue Ox Base plate with the Curt 58592 RV Harness. This plugs in to the rear lights as this harness does. Can I use both of them in conjunction?

I was unable to find any type of reference to a wiring harness with the part number of 58592; however, yes, you would be able to also use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118551 on your 2009 Ford Escape.
I have added a link to a video for you to check out as an example of how you would go about doing this which you can see at about the 2:00 mark.
