If your 2015 Jeep Renegade Sport already has a functioning 4-Way connector then yes, you can use the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76021 along with the Curt Cargo Carrier # C18153, Light Kit # 20174, and you are good to go.
Should you not have the 4-Way connector I recommend installing the T-One # 118651 which tees in behind your tail lights and comes with a power wire that you run to your battery to power the lights. You can use the mounting bracket # 18144 to attach the 4-Way to the tab on the trailer hitch for easy access to the connector.
I have attached an installation video of this trailer hitch and the wiring on a 2015 Jeep Renegade that you can reference.
Please be sure to remain within the tongue weight rating of your Renegade. Although the trailer hitch is rated for 675 lbs tongue weight and the Curt Carrier can handle 500 lbs it looks like page 413 of your owner's manual puts your max tongue weight at 200 lbs so since the Curt weighs in at 70 lbs you are limited to 130 lbs for cargo. A similar carrier that only weighs 48 lbs is the etrailer.com # E98874. I have personally lifted and carried both of these carriers and those 22 lbs make a huge difference in how easy it is to use, plus it means you can carry up to 152 lbs of cargo.
