im wondering if the tie downs will work in my truck. it has spray on bed liner as well

The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount # HSSF will work really well with spray in bed liners. You won't have any issues with installing this product and no modifications will be needed on your 2010 GMC Sierra SLT short box.
You most likely will also want the Brophy Basic Turnbuckles w/ Hardware for Camper Tie-Downs - 3,000 lbs # TDHP to go with the tie-downs.
