The Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980EZ is absolutely going to be strong enough to inflate the air springs on your 2007 Toyota Tundra that you are putting a truck camper on.

That said, for a truck camper, where weight can be unevenly distributed, I strongly recommend going with a dual-path compressor, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000 because it will inflate each spring independently to a different psi to help compensate for a heavier load on one side of the truck, which is common in truck campers and will keep you from having an uneven ride. For example, if the right side of your camper has heavier accessories you can inflate the psi in the air spring on that tire to 70 and the other side can be inflated to 40 to create a level ride.

The Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980EZ you asked about is a single path and what that means is both springs get leveled to the same psi, resulting in a potentially unlevel ride.

To use these compressors you will need air springs and the best option for a 2007 Toyota Tundra with a truck camper are the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88299 because they have a 5,000 lb load-leveling capacity and the psi can be adjusted from 5 psi to 100 psi, which is going to be exactly what you need for a heavy camper on the rear of your truck.

I have added links to video reviews for you to take a look at as well.
