Is Rola Roof Cargo Basket Compatible with Round Crossbars
Question:
I purchased a Thule Canyon Rooftop Cargo Basket but didnt realize the mounts are for an areo type cross bar. I have round bars. Would the basket be ok if I used the provided mounts or would I need to purchase mounts that fit the THule basket and my round bars? Thank you!

Your Thule Roof Cargo Basket # TH859XT is absolutely compatible with round crossbars. I can see where the confusion might come in because the directions show it being mounted to an aero crossbar but this basket will absolutely fit your round crossbars without issue. The only thing you need to consider is that your crossbars need to be in a spread range of 20 inches to 37 inches apart.
