Thule ProBar Roof Rack Recommendation for 2018 Subaru Forester for Carrying Thule Hullavator

Question:

Wondering if 2 Hullavators would exceed our roof capacity on our 2018 Forester. Looking at using a Thule probar, cut to fit and Thule evo rail towers- both which claim a 220lb carrying capacity. Kayaks are about 44 lbs each

To install the Thule ProBar Evo crossbars like the # TH713600 on your 2018 Subaru Forester all you'd need is the Evo Raised Rail feet part # TH710401 that you referenced. The ProBar Evo is 69 inches which is pretty long so you'd most likely want to cut that down to the correct size for the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 carriers you plan to carry. I'd probably put the bars up at full length first and then mount the carriers and push them as close as you like and then mark the bars where you want to cut them after.
