In the online version of the owner's manual for your 2010 Ram 1500 it states on page 446 that it can at least tow a 5th wheel/gooseneck trailer that weighs 10,000 lbs. To determine the exact amount of weight you can tow you will need to subtract the weight of your Ram (including passengers and cargo) from the GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) that is found on the sticker inside your driver's door jamb. Then compare that to the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) for your Komfort 5th wheel trailer and you will know if you can tow it or not.
