If you have a set of Curt above bed base rails then you are going to want to use either the Curt Universal Base Rail Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # C16101 for a drill option or the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit part # C16418 for a no drill option to install them on your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. The reason you need to use these instead of the Husky Universal Mounting Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # HT31622 is because it is not recommended to mix brands when it comes to base rails and frame brackets.

Please note that the hardware to install the base rails on the above frame brackets will still be needed as well because you can't reuse what you have (torque to yield) therefore you will also need the Replacement Hardware for Curt Universal 5th Wheel Installation Kit part # C16111 as well.
