Do I Need Single or Dual Fuse Bypass To Flat Tow 2014 Honda CR-V

My Owners Manuel. #19 FUSE ACC #20 Fuse ACC KEY LOCK Do I use the single or do I need the dual fuse

I checked the owner's manual for the 2014 Honda CR-V and the only fuse that needs to be pulled is the accessory radio fuse in the interior fuse box. You need the single bypass part # RM76511.
However, the owner's manual says fuse 19 and the picture shows the wrong location. Roadmaster put out a tech bulletin with the correct location of the radio fuse. I have attached a photo for your reference.
